This policy is intended to all current, future registered users/clients and unregistered users/clients of our virtual platform whether through our website on desktop/ mobile or via email. With your consent, our platform including our website may collect basic data as described such as name, company name, email address, business phone number, payment information (For clients/users contracted services with us) to better serve you. The data collected will not be used for any other purpose than to communicate and market to your personalized needs. Customers that are reaching out to us as an independent organization (ISO) to assist them with securing a funding will be asked to provide their consent before representing them before any third funding party.

Since our company is hosted online platforms like Wix, they allow us to sell our services and/or product to you. During your business transactions, your data may be stored through their data storage, databases and their general platform applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Wix is our payment processor. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 3.Why collect Personal information we collect

We collect basic personal and non-personal information to better customize and provide a better service to our client, contact them as part of our customer assistance and support, personalize their experience, improve our service based on data insight and to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Our company do not sell information with any third party. For any service that requires the contact of a third-party, the client will be notified, asked for consent before disclosing any information related to their business transaction.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data such as your name, address and email address may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. In compliance with federal and state, city and local laws and regulations, Jean Management & Consulting may disclose upon legal request, such as subpoena, legal proceedings, search warrant or court order or any legal compliance. Our company uses trusted Third-Party Service Providers like Wix, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, TaxAct, to offer you, our services. As a client, our third party may store your user information. Please know that you are the only responsible for the use of your personal information. Jean Management & Consulting will never requesting personal or business information from you via email, email link text, text link or phone call. For any information requested, Jean management, will coordinate with you or your assistant by sending you an encrypted request for which a password-protected code will be communicated to you via your official email, and you may not share it to anyone.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
